Blockchain Solutions Architect
Location: Remote / Dubai Hybrid
Department: Architecture & Delivery
The Role
Be the technical mastermind behind enterprise‑grade blockchain deployments. You’ll translate business goals into secure, scalable architectures across Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, or private ledgers, ensuring every project meets UAE compliance and performance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops; capture functional & non‑functional requirements.

Design end‑to‑end architectures (smart contracts, off‑chain services, node infrastructure, key management, CI/CD).

Produce high‑level diagrams, data models, and security threat models.

Advise on tokenomics, gas‑cost optimisation, and Layer‑2 strategies.

Guide development teams, run architecture reviews, and interface with client CTO/CIOs.

Stay current on ADGM/DFSA rules, ISO /SOC standards, and emerging protocols.
Requirements

7 + years in software architecture; 3 + years in blockchain (EVM‑based and/or Hyperledger).

Deep knowledge of Solidity, Web3/ethers.js, REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud (AWS/Azure).

Experience with hardware wallets, MPC, or HSM solutions.

Strong stakeholder‑management skills and a consultative mindset.
