UX/UI Lead – Web3
Location: Remote / Dubai Hybrid

The Role
Own the end‑to‑end user experience for all FalconChain products—from mobile wallets to enterprise dashboards. You’ll transform complex blockchain workflows into intuitive, beautiful interfaces that delight GCC clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities

Define UX strategy and design systems for Web3 apps (wallets, token portals, admin consoles).

Lead wireframes, user flows, high‑fidelity mock‑ups, and interactive prototypes.

Conduct user research with SMEs, enterprises, and Arabic‑speaking audiences; translate insights into design iterations.

Collaborate daily with product managers, blockchain engineers, and marketing to ensure pixel‑perfect execution.

Establish, mentor, and scale a world‑class Web3 design team.
Requirements
-
5 + years in UX/UI; 2 + years leading teams or projects.

Proven portfolio of dApps, crypto wallets, or fintech products.

Mastery of Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD plus basic HTML/CSS understanding.

Strong knowledge of wallet security patterns, token standards, and on‑chain data visualisation.

Comfortable presenting to enterprise stakeholders; Arabic language a plus.
